“JR was more than amazing and accommodating. Competitors won't give you the time of the day in the meantime JR and crew are always friendly and go out of their way to wave and smile. Last year I went in every self storage area in the Anna Maria Island area and Compass was my last stop. I wish I had a hidden camera for that afternoon. “My ex-boyfriend Roberto Villanueva hired this company when he moved out of my house on 10/4/2023. Pat, Mario, and Derek were wonderful, polite, and quick in moving everything out. However, despite Roberto putting his drum kit rug down over my front door entrance, the metal ramp that was used, scraped and damaged the exterior paint/stucco on my lower doorframe where the metal ramp was placed.UPDATE: 11/7/23 Patrick (Owner) personally came out to my house and repaired the damage to the front door that occurred during the move-out of my ex-boyfriend Roberto Villanueva. Patrick was very professional and kind. I highly recommend his business ethics and practices. Due to extenuating circumstances, we needed to add a second unit. They were very accommodating and added a second unit that was very near our first unit. I do not hesitate recommending Extra Space Storage on Carruso Road to anyone.”
