“JR and Elisha have been great. Our Condo was trashed By Hurricanes Helene and Milton. They were able to secure us two Climate Controlled storage units and then they were able to rent us a 20 foot U-Haul for our move and 10 foot U-Haul’s as needed for storage. Our Guys moving our Salvaged furniture used the Truck’s, Dolly’s and supplies we purchased from them.
I could not recommend a better place .
5 STAR SERVICE. EXCEPTIONAL DURING THESE REALLY HARD TIMES. We lost our home for at least 6 months from storm damage - dry out - mold remediation - roof repairs - remodel etc…

With the hurricane in the past few days, Terri explained very well that the facility did not flood, and even went by the unit for me and sent a picture to show that there was no flooding. “My move with J. Palermo was the easiest and most trouble free I have ever experienced. From the initial visit to price, to the packing and loading, all went smoothly. I had several expensive pieces of art that needed special packing, and it was done perfectly. The two men who did the work were pleasant, efficient and professional. How many movers do you take a selfie with? - but I did!
One of the men then drove the truck ( which was sized to fit just my possessions) for two days, to unload at three destinations I had designated. Alone, he managed it all, including a large stereo cabinet! And there was NO LOSS or DAMAGE!!!
Needless to say, I recommend J. Palermo movers without hesitation!”

“I drove around all morning to find a single unit to rent. That's it, nothing complicated just one little 10×20 storage unit. Every place I visited was either closed during open hours or would say one thing online but be another in store. I pulled into iStorage and instantly got good vibes. I liked the space between the units, and having a large van pulling a trailer, I needed it. I walked in and Vanessa greeted me with a smile. She went through our different options and I was surprised to find out I had so many. Long story long, I went with a basic 10x20 unit for a really good monthly price that is exactly what I needed. And it didn't hurt that Vanessa had me laughing through the whole process ? thank you so much!”
