Insurance options are good and Jessica was very knowledgeable, but customer service after the sale is non-existent. To get any response requires repeated phone calls and emails. Don't expect anything to happen quickly even if you have a promised timeline.

Reached out almost ONE MONTH AGO. Was told by Jessica herself she would get back to me in a few days with some updated quotes. I have not heard ANYTHING back since then. I have followed up with 5 or 6 emails, phone calls, messages and have gotten NO response from her.Would not Recommend. What kind of business is this??! I would hate to think what they would be like if you actually had to file a claim.

Shocking levels of serviceAuto and Home Insurance was up for renewalI contacted Jessica to ask for her to review and come back to me with alternative quotesI sent a total of 6 emails asking for updates and quotes - ZERO RESPONSE OR REPLY OR ANY NEW QUOTESTotally ignored every single email and requestI would avoid this agency at all costs - if they dont respond during renewal, what would they be like when you actually need them during a claimTOTALLY SHOCKING LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID!
