I've had this membership for 2.5 years. I've shopped there twice a month since then, they need help or something. Especially in the cafe; its like shopping in a third world country. They had 1 type of pizza available 2 hours before the close. This isn't this first time this has happened. Got what I actually ordered 3 times since I've had this membership.

I took my car for a tire rotation. After waiting for and hour I came inside the store for an update. Someone told me they were almost done. When I walked back outside I noticed that they hadn’t started. I lost 2 hours of my time and end up getting my keys back without them doing anything to my car. Terrible place for maintenance.

I beg of you do not go to Sam's at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Expecting to purchase a whole pizza. Granted they close the food court at 7 o'clock. But apparently they can't sell you a whole pizza after 5 o'clock. Riddle me this. They had five whole pizzas, but it just came out of the oven. Do you think they would sell me one of those no.

This is place is the worst ever. They are Nazis. I came in 30 minutes before 10am and they were hounding me about having their blue card to get in. I spend money here every week. The place was empty. I'm not asking for a discount, yet they want to upgrade me (charge me more money) just to come earlier. I don't care about what discounts you provide someone with a blue card or your cash back. A yearly fee is already paid for. You should honor any member access, especially ones with the green sams card that does not get discounts. Poor business decision. Maybe someone in their corporate office needs a lesson in customer service.

Not sure who is managing this place.. getting someone to come out of the shop area is like pulling teeth, they need a front desk person. Was told when I dropped my car off about an hour. 1 hour 45 mins later I walk back over to check what’s going on and my car hasn’t even been touched yet. Guy ask me if I gave anyone my keys… are you kidding me. At 10 o’clock my scheduled appointment time when I paid for my tires. Definitely will not be buying tires here again.Save yourself the hassle go to a real tire shop. They at least have chairs and free coffee

I had this membership forever when my kids were young and in Boy Scouts. When they left, a Costco was built closer to me so I switched. Even though Costco has certain things I like, Sam's food is better and it is cheaper!

Large shopping center with large quantities of things to buy. I got a good deal with my Amex that helped me saved money off the membership fee. I'm usually not into buying the oversized portions of food and whatnot but with that good of a deal - I will. This store was nice and clean. Didn't get to check everything out as I came in few minutes before closing. Purchased cereal, snacks and apple juice for this kiddies. We will meet again.

Out of stock on common items Move things around endlessly self check outs don't work, people can't get them to work and computers in self check out are incredibly slow no one available to help and when you do find someone they won't help you anyway
