I bought Grass Fed Ground beef, I thought it looked a little different then got home and compared it to what I already had and it’s way different, I think they packaged ground turkey in the ground beef packaging!!!

I cannot stand coming to this Sam’s Club, it’s always over crowded, lines are extremely long any time of the day during the weekday or weekend. They don’t enforce their curbside parking what so ever. People will park in the curbside parking and then go inside to do their shopping. Today was the absolute last straw, once again there is no parking in curbside parking, and the 2 little boys were extremely rude to my husband while he was picking up our groceries. This will be our last time coming to any Sam’s club.

The same as every other Sam's club. They do have a small liquor store with a limited selection and good prices on the liquor. At the present time the gas station is closed for renovation.

Every time I come to this Sam’s Club, I regret it. I usually go to the Sarasota location but occasionally if I’m running errands in Bradenton I stop here and it is always a mistake. This store is constantly overcrowded and they never seem to have what I need. Items are always out of stock which is incredibly frustrating. On top of that the customer service is terrible. Rude, unhelpful, and indifferent to customers. It is a night and day difference compared to other locations. If I could leave zero stars I would. I have given this store too many chances and I will not be making that mistake again.

I love Sam’s club and the prices but their card readers ruin it. No tap/contactless option. It will read my card to purchase but not utilize my Sam’s cash- I either have to take extra time to go to customer service to get it back or can’t use it- I’ve ordered new cards multiple times- doesn’t work. And half the time it won’t read my debit card. I even ordered new debit card through my bank and the new one doesn’t work !!! Their system sucks

I purchased gas on my scan and go app. It always gets charged on my Sam's club card which I have checked off on my phone as the preferred payment method. But this time it got charged on my other credit card. The Bradenton fuel app must not have been working right that day. Another day this month the wifi wasn't working so I can waited in line for gas for nothing. I guess I need to use my Sam's club card for fuel and not use my phone to scan and go next time.

Needed help with gas pump not recognizing my membership. Went inside to member services counter to get help but all I was offered was a temporary membership slip which still did not solve my issues. Tried calling customers service number to troubleshoot issue but was connected to some call center in India who could only offer some standard answers to the issue and were pretty dismissive about the whole situation. This will be the difference between me renewing and not renewing my membership when it's up...

Worst experience of my life at their tire shop. Quoted 45 mins- took 2 hours to rotate tires and new tpms. They clearly were not trained on customer service. Not a hello or anything. When they were done, all he did was hand me a piece of paper and not say a word. I was like "umm, am I all set?" and to top it off...my tpms light is still on! 🙄 we will be canceling our membership.

This location is very unqualified unprofessional prejudice rude and ingorant! If you want to shop and enjoy yourself, please find another Sams location. This is the worst Sams I have ever experienced!

After many years of being a Sam's customer in Bradenton, today is the first time I have thought about canceling my membership due to the terrible customer service on the night shift. They have no experience, are hostile and were aggressive, without offering any solution. Sam's in Sarasota was super efficient!
