Tried to return some items.. that I lost the receipt for, however I did have the original form of payment and my drivers license. The “manager” on duty REFUSED to look up the transaction. I called my credit card company to file a claim, she. They send their copy of the receipt I will use that to return the items.. just crazy.. I wouldn’t shop there because they really don’t know what they are doing as far a management is concerned ??♀️

The smell of MOLD is overwhelming when you walk in this store.This has to be fixed.I love the store and the people who work there are always polite and helpful.Please take that mold smell very seriously. It's in all of the clothes and anything porous at this point.Your employees are going to get very sick.I'm sad I couldn't buy the paintings, chair, and carpet I wanted. A friend told me you had just the styles and colors I was looking for, but I can't trust that there would not be mold spores embedded in them.Please make it safe again. ?Thanks...

This place has gone so downhill. The merchandise has become so cheesy and cheap looking and the prices have gone up I would never shop here anymore. Also there are only Spanish speaking employees at the front desk is always long lines and you have to ask for a code to use the bathroom at the back where the dressing rooms are. And it's always filthy. I work there a few years back and I hated it the manager was so mean and it was just ridiculous they didn't teach me anything it was one of the worst places I've ever worked. Stay away from Ross stores
