I've been a member here since they opened. The wash always does a great job. I appreciate the use of the vacuums and cleaning supplies included in a membership.

I really liked this place because they give you clean towels and the liquids to clean your car, the carwash brushes inside are clean and the prices are competitive.

I have been with River Club for over year, and i used to wash my car everyday almost, i am doing uber, this is the most pleasant place to wash a car, very friend most of them. thank you

It's disappointing that despite having video evidence, the car wash refused to take responsibility for damaging my rear wiper ( they stated that my car is of old age and that happens). They told me they had video footage and soon as the first mop that dropped broke my wiper arm. If my wiper arm was already broken before it entered the was, the person that sprays our front and rear of vehicle would say something. No one said anything! "They allowed me to continue"??? Really??? Your car wash damaged a customers car. Their lack of accountability reflects poorly on their customer service and reliability. Overall, it's a frustrating situation that highlights the importance of businesses owning up to their mistakes and taking appropriate action to rectify them.

So I just moved here and live across the street from this car wash. They remind you to save your receipts for a free wash. Did that but when I presented them they wouldn’t honor the offer because one receipt was for another level wash. It was actually for a more expensive wash but the employee said they all need to be the same! Doesn’t make sense but maybe they really don’t want to honor the offer!
