The only reason I gave you two stars is because they don't have any Grace with you it was my birthday weekend and I went out of town and they blew my phone up since I've been out of town and they turned all of my stuff off because I did not give them a payment and I cannot wait till I get back in town and give them something so that's why I gave them a two cuz they do not have mercy on people

I had a terrible experience. I would never run a business like that. First, I had to wait two weeks for the wrong tables and the manager Nigel says “we try to bring it to you three or four times” (which his story changed as I’m still talking to him in the same conversation) “but we didn’t know the door number of your apartment”, yet I have two other pieces of furniture from them. So it was a miscommunication on their end. Instead of taking responsability, I was blamed, and my mother was blammed! Thats not how you do great customer service. Then the manager talked over me, and argued back with me saying it wasn’t their fault, It was all mine and my mom‘s fault for not ordering it in the store. SMH Terrible experience, terrible customer service!!

My experience at renting was excellent my wife and I went to browse around and we had great customer service from Jared and the Mexican Latino Lady don't know her name in particular but she was very helpful as well those two guys was always professional courtesy and understanding they make sure we got what we want and meet our needs . We are always a returning customer

I have been renting for some time. I decided to to upgrade to a better washer/dryer set. The model I was interested in wasn’t available but a set was found and ordered and I am really enjoying using them. I also needed new tires and it has been great to be able to rent to own. Payment plans are easy. The staff is always super helpful. Thank you Rent King?
