I had an amazing experience at Rent-A-Wheel thanks to one of their workers who went above and beyond for me. She was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive from the moment I walked in. She took her time explaining every option, answered all my questions without rushing me. What really stood out was how friendly and genuine she was you can tell she actually cares about customers, not just making a sale. She checked in on me throughout the process, made sure I understood the pricing and fitment.
Her professionalism, communication, and customer service made the whole experience smooth. Employees like her are the reason I’d come back and recommend this location to others.

I had the best experience at this place. I was worried about not getting what I was told over the phone. But my salesperson PJ went above and beyond with her knowledge and customer service!!! I couldn't be happier ☺️! I'm definitely recommending the business but mistakes importantly PJ to anyone looking for a deal and looking to be wowed!

RAW is a great place to get your wheels and tires. They have payment programs and small deposits. Got 4 new tires and nice rims from this place. They give you a wheel allignment, tpms, etc for free when you buy a tire from them very great place. Scott was the man who got me right. Didnt have my tires in stock so he ordered them and came in within 2 days.

Horrible customer service. The two gentlemen who greeted me were not very welcoming. Complaining about the work load that they had for the day and acting as though they had no knowledge of my appointment even though my name was on their board. Eventually after loving one folder they saw mine. I asked about paperwork needed and was told that would be later l. About an hour into my 2.5 hour wait, the tech asked me about switching from the year plan to the six month plan. He quoted the price as being just a$10 more than my original quote. I agreed. I waited in back for another two hours. Once he brought me upfront my price had increased another 10 dollars and my initial payment had gone up $30. He didn’t seem to know why but I just said ok. When the contract was printed and after paying my initial payment. The payment is know an additional $20 he said it wasn’t correct and he would need to re-do the contract and would email me. I informed him that I would like to know what I’m paying prior to walking out as the price alphas already changed three times. He came back with the contract was still not what I was told. I was then told it would take another two hours to put original tires back on. One of the gentleman was extremely rude about the sutuation ignoring me when I spoke to him just to interject as I was speaking to other employees. Make sure you get your estimate written as they seem to just make up numbers.. my contract states my initial payment was $30 less than I actually paid… horrible business

Second time I had Raw wheels and tires put wheels on my truck. Both time I had a great experience. This time Cesar was a big help and went out of his way to get me the wheels I wanted. I recommend highly.

Had a problem with the center cap on the wheels I purchased there, the staff treated me right, found a different set that worked, this is the place to go in Bradenton for wheels, HIGHLY recommend, I'd give them 10 stars if I could

I hope if you cannot afford weekly payments that your prepared to get your phone blown up 3-4 times daily, nasty comments about how you shouldn’t buy things you can’t afford and etc.. like I wanted to do rent to own tires 🙄 Luis is the ONLY person I will work with I’ve been belittled, berated, talked down, threatened jail time over 50$ missed payment.. completely unnecessary..

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I had a bent wheel and flat tire, and they tested several different options right away and were able to fix my current wheel for free. Definitely recommend. Quick, fast, and friendly service.
