Great gym and great people! This gym is very prescriptive to each individual’s fitness level and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new place to workout.

I was at a previous gym prior to moving to the area when I found Rack Star, and I love it here. I honestly think each coach genuinely cares about your fitness goals. They offer several times for classes-which I love, the owner and coaches are ridiculously knowledgeable, and the work outs are tailored to your fitness level.
