I had a very unpleasant experience at this RaceTrac location. As a matter of courtesy, I apologized to an employee who was cleaning the floor, but instead of acknowledging it politely, she started loudly complaining about how she would be rich if she were paid for every apology she received. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Good customer service is important to me, and this attitude completely put me off from making a purchase. I won’t spend my money in a place where customers are treated this way

It was a mess the bathrooms are horrible looking. The prices are too high the staff was unfriendly never going there again. I had to go there the other day. Big mistake I should never went back

Every time I go in and the line is backed up 12 people deep,, I see Serena working the register and immediately lose my growing anger because she can ring all these people up and have them out the door before you can say your ABCs . Friendly as well. Whatever this young lady is paid, it's not enough. Cleanest bathrooms in the whole city, probably even the whole county !

We just pulled in to fill up on diesel fuel and pulling a trailer and the girl that was collecting the trash looked at us and pushed her big trash bin way out past where she needed it and blocked us from pulling up to get diesel fuel. She just insured that store did not get $130.00 from us for a tank of diesel. We went around her bin and down to WaWa.
Oh well...
