Nice store but every time I try to redeem my rewards it's impossible. What's the point of having reward points if you can't redeem them

I stopped here to play a lottery ticket. I marked what I wanted and the cashier pressed the wrong button. Then he lied about pressing it. I even pointed out on the card that I didn't mark the box (power play) but he said he didn't press the button so I had to pay extra as those tickets can't be canceled. My total was ten. I gave him exact change and went to walk away. He told me to wait and then made a big show checking to see if my 10 dollar bill was real. I will not be returning to this location.

STRAWS ARE BACK! YEA!
However, 8/4/twenty fo ? - despite mgr telling me "they" should keep the straws stocked there, I'M having to stock them MESELF! But at least now I'M allowed to whereas BEFORE I wasn't! When the straws mysteriously disappeared from the bar, the ones I tried to put there for me (and others) they were taken out whenever I tried to. Anyway, it's all weird now.
Likely run by Republicans now (ONLY FOOLING RELAX). ?

Cynthia (said she was new), only one trying to work. Other guy (no name badge), beard and mustache, black ballcap).. Acting as if he's working, more interested in checking/texting on phone. Long line for cashier, he didn't care. In store was disgustingly dirty, including restroom.

Waited 20 minutes watching one person taking care of a line full of people and after paying for my gas went to go pump mid grade fuel.... NO Gas way to communicate the kid at the register deserves a raise he was handling himself very well

Awesome people working! Very kind, generous and humble. I work mobile and travel throughout Central Florida stopping at numerous convenience stores daily. My belly is proof of that. I take consideration of the cleanliness of the store and more importantly the bathroom. Also the employee's personality. That's the game changer for me. There are exactly 2 that I can say are the places to stop, eat, relieve yourself and witness what true service is like. That is The 7-11 in Mulberry, FL just south of Lakeland and The Racetrac off U.S. 70 in Bradenton across from Sam's club. O.M.G. game changer. Other locations plsend people to check out what real retail is all about! Hopefully you'll get Ruth. She is what employers such s myself dream about in employees. Work ethic beyond compare! Thanks so much Ruth on a day less than average making it above all days this week or perhaps month even. Not even joking. Ruth is amazing!

Came by to stop and get something to drink and grab a snack around 5:00 today on 02/16. One of the women working there kicked us out of the store and told us they’re closing because she was working by herself. So much for the customer being first.

Overall the girls in there are so nice. I’m a regular and know what I need automatically. The store manager is very nice. He always makes time for his customers. The GM of that store is another story. Rude, nasty and disrespectful. Does not take complaints seriously. The hiring process is based on your age and color by the “Talent Recruitment “ for that area. There’s been a formal complaint filed with the department of ethics at Corporate. Who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about this matter.She suggestion to management: periodically review your store’s video and see what’s happening.
