Nice store but every time I try to redeem my rewards it's impossible. What's the point of having reward points if you can't redeem them

Cynthia (said she was new), only one trying to work. Other guy (no name badge), beard and mustache, black ballcap).. Acting as if he's working, more interested in checking/texting on phone. Long line for cashier, he didn't care. In store was disgustingly dirty, including restroom.

I love the selve serve frozen yogurt at RaceTrac. This particular store always has the flavors I like and the toppings.
