First time I got a bar cake from publix and it was dry other than that the icing was good.

Disappointed. Walked up to customer service and Valerie was talking on the phone with her personal cell phone. Unprofessional.
I waited until her call was finished before she walked up to help me.
Maybe having someone who doesn’t put customers first shouldn’t be in customer service! Work is for working - not getting paid to take personal calls.

BIG let down by Publix for the first time. Yesterday 8/6/2024 @ 6-30pm: the manager on duty refused to pay out my Western Union transfer, fully approved by Western Union and even with transfer number in hand. Didn't ask me any details whatsoever, simply told me he 'didnt feel comfortable' paying it out to me. The next Publix brand paid it out without prejudice. My ID, transfer number and transfer amount is all I was asked for.
This guy needs to work on his customer service while on the o'clock and leave his personal take to the side once he clocks in.

This Publix feels off the road because of were it sits off of St Rd 70. It’s a very nice store and all of the employees I encountered were fabulous. I came looking for a catfish fillet and I was not disappointed. Would I recommend this store? Yes. Will I go back? Yes

As always with any publix that my husband and I visit, all of the employees are so pleasant and friendly and helpful. The lady behind the deli counter could not have been more efficient and friendly. At the checkout, the cashier and bagger were extremely friendly. Thank you all for a great visit. Will be back again.

The bathroom is absolutely nasty. Hate to see what sickness the food would cause. Walked out, heading to a different Publix.
