This is our home base, Publix. The employees are friendly, helpful, and always ready to help you find things. They have a habit of taking you directly to what you need, not just pointing to an aisle. I have lived all over America, and Publix is the best chain grocery store of them all.

Publix White Eagle has so many fine things. 10 of us were able to purchase our food for lunch and eat it upstairs in the dining area. Have never seen that in a grocery store. A lot better than eating in our vehicles on a 93° day.

In Ellenton, Florida, the publix are spacious, well stock, and clean. Customer service is top-notch, too.
As the saying goes, shopping at Publix is a pleasure. That it is! And they get some winning lottery tickets, too! What's not to like?

One of the best Publix in my area. In my opinion, is the best and my “go to” Publix. Lots of helpful and friendly staff members. I must have been asked if I needed help at least a half dozen times. Lovely conversations while checking out, which I truly enjoyed.

Very poor management at this store. Caught a manager doing drugs while at work. Manager would leave the Teflon coating flakes from the pans that was coming off in food and leave it in there even when I confronted her about it. DANGEROUS TO PUBLIC HEALTH!!!!!!! Lots of gaslighting from upper management. I knew information that was factual and evidenced and this manager lied to my face and started making up "policy" and excuses when I just wanted honesty. Learned later from another manager that he talked about this incident behind my back. Untrustworthy. Shop at the Publix down the road. Witnessed a district manager and an ASM not reply to a customer when spoken directly to, ignored said customer and me as well. If corporate would like to speak to me, I would gladly drive to Lakeland and speak to HR in person on my own time. 3 Managers at this store are very toxic as well as 2 previous managers.

Publix like so many other stores is still trying to find their new place after covid or at least that's the way it feels. My biggest observation is the attitude of the employees at Publix in comparison to what it was just only a few years ago, and not in a good way. The level of indifference is sad to see especially from a company that I had so much respect for not that long ago. Customer service is a dying concept that once sent Publix apart from other stores. The prices are high in comparison to other places with obviously a few exceptions and the quality is at best marginally okay. There's a big push for profit over everything else and it's glaring.
