Store was clean. Customer service fell short at this location. Staff communication skills could use some work. I've seen way better at other locations, consistency in big corporations is important.

Publix is a great place to shop and always has the best food. With certain issues going down in our country let alone the world, a few things I feel is unfortunate, inappropriate and disrespectful. At this location recently I've seen a pro Palestinian pin and a LGBTQ+ pride pin and shoe laces. If I'm correct, a place of business isn't the place to be presenting their personal beliefs. This includes religious, political and ideology paraphernalia. What we do in our own time and lives, away from work and out of uniform is our business and right, but not at work place. When I go to pickup my prescription from the pharmacy I don't need or want to see a pro Palestine pin on an employees work uniform. What she does on her OWN time is her right. When I'm checking out through the register(s) I don't need to see employee(s) wearing a rainbow pride pin or matching shoe laces. What she does out of work on her own time is her right and business . Whatever and how we feel is and should be left to our own time, not on business time and property. Management, please correct.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my mom for Mother’s Day and I noticed my chocolate covered strawberries looked terrible at checkout. So I went to customer service and spoke with manager Samantha and she was immediately apologetic and helpful in helping me find another option for my mom. She went above and beyond my expectations and people like her deserve to be acknowledged for their kindness & helpfulness.

Deli counter lady was patronizing when we tried to order their new hot honey tenders. Rude in general before saying "we don't have those so what do you want!" I tried to calm her by telling her we were friendly which seemed to work and she then said " We actually hadn't prepared any that day" which I would've understood if she'd led with that. She also only spoke directly with me when my girlfriend was the customer and the one trying to order her lunch. All in all it seemed like she must be used to customers acting poorly towards her so it was probably misdirected but I felt like the one trying to provide customer service to manage her attitude. Hope she has better interactions going forward.
