All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. Adina is amazing, Lauren is amazing, Ryan is awesome, and all the rest are quite good as well. I highly recommend this pharmacy. And please get your vaccines!

I was in need of some help to get information to my Dr on getting a glucagon emergency kit prescription. I called the pharmacy and Lauren answered the phone after I explained my situation she gave me everything I needed and since it wasn't an insurance claim she also helped me to get as good of a price that was available. She not only helped me but when the prescription came in it wasn't the glucagon kit that fit my budget so she called the Dr and got the right kit prescription called back in. She is amazing never in 69 years have I ever been treated so nice by someone especially working in a pharmacy. This is recent experience 08/16/2023. Then when we went to pickup the prescription she came over to the window and introduced herself and was able to answer some questions we had about the kit and the prescription my wife and I hadShe went above and beyond made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. Keep up the good work Lauren you just don't know how much good you are doing for people.Thank you so much.

I've gone to Publix since it opened its doors, and it's a wonderful store, the best grocery store compared to any other grocery chain. The only rudeness I've ever seen there, has been from customers towards the staff, especially in the deli! Deli staff are kind, and patient, helpful, hard working people. Publix customer service is first rate!

On several occasions the pharmacy techs have gone beyond normal service in order to assure my prescriptions are ready for pick up. I know how busy they are and can’t tell you how much the extra efforts are appreciated. Thank you for your excellent service.

Stacy, Yesenia, and V. Mai, Assistant Pharmacy Manager, deserve a huge thank you for their help with my most recent prescription. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. I arrived five minutes before the pharmacy was scheduled to close, but my prescription was not yet ready. The majority of pharmacies will most likely send you back and make you wait until the following day, but the team above took the time while they were closing to quickly pack my prescription. This pharmacy offers one of the best customer services in the area and has one of the best staff members that I have ever encountered at any establishment; on many occasions, even when they are busy, the attention will always be personalized, and they will always keep the patient in mind, which makes it a pleasure to go to this location.

A big shout out to Stacy for saving me tons of money on my most recent prescription. She advised me that even though my insurance company doesn’t cover certain medications, Publix Pharmacy employees look for and appply daily coupons and discounts to keep co-pays as low as possible. In my case, Stacy (and Publix) saved me $116 on my most recent medication. Stacy, you are terrific and so is Publix!!

Be prepared to be judged by the type of medicine you may be picking up some of us need medicine for health issues not to get high apparently the pharmacy assumes automatically if you're getting a controlled substance you are a junkie !!!!!

This is my favorite pharmacy to go to. They remember me as a frequent client. Because they remember it’s difficult for me to have transportation to pick up my meds they would always make sure my meds were filled in a timely fashion. Staff was kind to me.

The lady at the pharmacy was very rude to me when she told me my prescription was not there. I'm in a lot of pain today and just didn't need that. I'll be going somewhere else in the future.

I've had some unfortunate experiences with Publix's custom cakes (lopsided, names spelled wrong twice), so why do I go back? Beats me. Today I picked up a cake I ordered Thursday: a fudge mini with ganache on top (which I kept pointing to in the case, and said that name at least twice), with raspberry filling. The clerk informed me they'd make a mini fudge cake, then put the ganache over the frosting. I knew that, have bought several cakes with ganache at Publix. Not their most expensive cake, but still very frustrating when I get something unexpected. It has some kind if beige frosting. Did they run out of chocolate? Plus, I said "No decoration on the top", because I'd bought candles for my dad's 94th birthday. "I'll take one if those birthday picks and put it on the side". That was apparently not communicated effectively, either, bec they plunked the pick right on top. Very frustrating. Nothing can be done. I don't have time to wait for a do-over. Fudge mini. What I got is not what my dad requested, for what may well be his last birthday.

Melanie from the catering department is fantastic. She's personable, attentive and efficient. We ordered the Turkey dinner and extras , and probably TOO much, but I say KUDOS to Publix. This dinner was REALLY good, so good that I wanted to say I made it all myself! Turkey was extremely moist, easy to prep and the dressing was really good. I've always made our family's turkey dinner at Thanksgiving, but this year we ate out so decided to do the turkey for Christmas. Thank you Publix and thanks to Melanie! Joe, Mary Ann and family.
