The service is a bit up and down. I guess it depends how busy they are.

I’ve never been treated so poorly from a pharmacist before. I asked him if he could please get my prescription done before they close. Last night I almost had to go to back to the ER for a panic attack. He’s words that it’s probably going to be tomorrow afternoon. If he has to answer the phone then there’s no way of getting it tonight. What a very poor answer and it’s obvious he doesn’t care what happens

WARNING! Scammers at this store. Do not buy gift cards here. Someone stole the number off the gift card, put it back on the shelf, waited for it to be purchased and claimed it before it was even given as a gift. No security and no help. Shady people at this store too.

Every single time I've had a prescription sent there they either don't have it; don't have it ready; or they claim they never received it. I have not had one good experience at this pharmacy. Makes me feel that they are incompetent and careless and more apt to make a mistake with mine or my husband's medications.

The BEST! Great quality produce and meat. The best fried chicken and sub sandwiches. But the thing Publix does even better is take care of their communities! Every Publix that could be open right after Hurricane Ian was open. They were receiving shipment of food and essentials a day later. They had good food, water, TP and batteries before and after unlike stores like WalMart. They stand alone among grocery stores. I grew up in Florida, my family has been here for many generations. My work took me to the East and West Coasts for decades. There are no grocery stores left like Publix. Thank you for taking cate of your customers!

9 hours is what it took the pharmacy. I had major surgery this morning and the doctor sent the pain medication prescription at 9:45am when I got out of surgery. The hospital made my husband call the pharmacy to confirm they received the prescription before they would discharge me from the hospital. That was at 4pm. They told him it was not ready yet but would be ready. It’s now 6:00pm and it is still not ready and they told him it would not be ready until tomorrow! This is absolutely unacceptable Publix. My husband voiced how unacceptable this was that someone who had their gallbladder removed can not get their prescription filled in a timely manner. Publix you need to do better!

James, the baker at Bayshore Gardens Publix, made this magnificent and delicious pirate ship cake for our twin grandsons’ birthdays. I’ve seen his lovely work at various occasions with neighbors, but this one was truly amazing. I highly recommend him.

So, of course Publix is wonderful to shop in. Always clean, well-stocked, fresh produce and meat. Employees are overall nice and helpful. Now- if we could stop allowing non- service animals in the store that would be great. "We're not allowed to ask about their animal" is so assinine. If the untrained, dirty, animal is on a 9' leash and the owner is parading around obviously desperate for attention with their super adorable pet.. chances are: NOT a service animal. Problem is they piss and p*** in stores and bite people. Not sure why their rights trump mine. What about MY FEELINGS???? Also, ever noticed that all Publix, there are more managers than cashiers or deli people. So many chiefs and not enough Indians.
