I recently acquired 18-foot support beams, and without prompt, an employee graciously extended the offer to deliver them using his personal truck, at no additional cost, citing its suitability for the task. Such exemplary customer service epitomizes their commitment to exceeding expectations. Regrettably, the name of the employee who went above and beyond has momentarily eluded me. However, the atmosphere of the professionals working the lumberyard suggests that such exceptional service is not exclusive to him alone. I waited too long for one window we paid an arm and a leg for and the service rep was unhelpful. However, once management was made aware that window did come swiftly and I appreciate that. So I am switching my 1 star review to 4 stars because I wouldn't want to judge a whole business by one disinterested employee.

Been buying building materials there for 30yrs. Everybody there is always ready to help you. Mr. Stapleton has been helping me since his first day there, many years ago. Good people. A real lumber yard, you can get a whole house full of lumber, not like Lowe's or Home Depot.

Was told to come in to see some items they could offer me. Drove down and stopped in and the clown at the counter had no idea about trim and refused to spend a minute to find out if he could order it. No worries, fellas, I'll spend the money at Home Depot where even the brainless millennial employees know more than yours.
