Took my car here a while ago, my front bumper was sagging due to a design flaw and I was having no luck at the dealership getting it resolved. Stopped by to get an estimate and the owner was super nice and assured me this was a common problem. He said he could replace the bumper, but I would most likely experience the same issue again at some point......He was correct as I had already replaced the bumper once. He had his men fix the bumper while I waited and then would not let me pay him anything! He said the issue may return, but this would be a good temporary fix......It's lasted a year and a half so far.
I never forgot this act of kindness and when my daughter needed some body work done, I took her car there. They did a great job and the work was done in a timely manner. I felt the price was also very fair.

When I brought my car to you for bodywork, I had realized what a loss the closure of Costantino’s is to the community that I’ve lived in for nearly 50 years represented.
The owner/manager is rude and abusive.
It has taken me over one month to remove the greasy “cleaning” of the inside of my windshield when I picked up my car.
Someone must have used a greasy rag to “clean” the inside of the windshield. Someone had to have used an extremely greasy rag to clean the inside of my windshield. They’d have done better to simply leave it as it was.
Glass cleaners of every sort were useless in trying to make the inside windshield clean and without the greasy, dirty rags that Pontos must have used on a Bentley.
I finally had to use a strong solvent to get the circular, smudgy gunk off of the inside of my windshield. What is the most unpalatable part of any car to clean? Did they do this deliberately? I hope not. I was treated so rudely from the beginning. It was as if they were doing me a favor by repairing the body of my GTC Speed.
The stereo is broken. It has to be difficult to mess up a stereo/cellphone/ CD changer, which is now completely inop. since the body repair. One of the radio presets no longer works. Various aspects of the system (stereo, sat.radio, CD changer which doesn’t work anymore at ALL).are now broken. I’ll bring it to a repair shop near Sarasota/Bradenton Airport. Nick, owner of NV repair shop, can fix ANY EXOTIC CAR. He’s a wizard, who knows almost ALL of the exotics like the back of his hand. His repair charges are a fraction of dealership repair charges!
If anyone can undo the mess that Pontos created regarding working parts (non-body work), it’s NV.

I highly recommend this body shop. They were honest and fair in their price. In fact, since the bumper for my Honda Odyssey was on sale at the time, they gave me the sale price. The people there were wonderful to work with. Dave and Misty went above and beyond customer service, making sure I had a ride home after dropping off my car and even delivering my car when done on Friday afternoon to my house since they live in my area because they didn’t want me to be without a car for the weekend. Being a widow with one car, that meant a lot to me. If I ever need a body shop again, this is where I will go.

Had a little kiss from a construction barrel going to Tampa, it took out my drivers side mirror on my Toyota Camry hybrid. Went to a local dealer my car was apparently equipped with one of the most expensive mirrors Toyota has, hubby did his due diligence and I wanted only original Toyota parts. Checked out a national collision chain on Cortez Rd and we were told 2 weeks to make an appointment for an estimate which is ridiculous. These people were amazing they got original parts as requested, put in one in the time they said it would take saved me a few hundred dollars. The kicker to the story is the mirror came in less than estimated from Toyota and they literally gave my hubby back money from the original estimate. This shop is a class act in all categories we have already recommended to several people. Great job guys , the car was washed and looked perfect when we picked it up. My hubby was so impressed he forgot a few items that we went back for that they held in the office.
A GREAT experience , awesome job, friendly HONEST manager and staff. You will be sorry if you do not at least go get the estimate

Very satisfied with the repair of my 2024 Subaru Outback. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Assisted with the supplemental payment to the insurance carrier and rental. I selected this shop based upon all the positive reviews and their I Car Gold certification. As a retired auto body damage appraiser, this certification requires a high level of expertise. No disappointments with this shop.

Rear wheel trim on my 2014 Ford Escape had come loose and I couldn’t pop it back into place. Estimator determined new clips were needed. He had some on hand, adjusted them to fit, and had the trim piece back in place in no time. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

A friend who speaks perfect English spoke for me to get my car repaired and they didn't want to because I don't speak English or because I'm Latina. That was the explanation my friend told me she felt. Very sorry. First time something like this happens to me. I have always found people who, even with my bad English, try to understand me. And the response to my friend was negative, she speaking for me in perfect English. It doesn't seem right to me. But blessings to those who manage to be treated at this site. And I hope they change their way of thinking because those of us who do not speak perfect English can also negotiate with a translator who speaks for us because we are responsible for our actions and negotiations.

Ponto's comes highly recommended and nicely reviewed for quality work. The office crew and quotation specialists were all courteous and efficient. The price quoted for stripping and repainting my Honda Odyssey roof was higher than hoped for, but somewhat reasonable. The waiting time of 4 to 6 weeks, and then a full week in the shop were both items that caused me to look elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing service! I needed to get my lights replaced and everyone at Ponto's was not only helpful but was able to get everything done within the hour! Very much appreciate the time and patience of the team and also appreciate getting my car fixed as fast as they did!

Under different management and paint supplier my car was painted. Time passed and there was an issue with the paint quality. David stepped in, took the time, went the extra mile and repainted my car.
