I've been banking with PNC for nearly 18 years. I have several accounts, had a car loan, etc. They WERE great. This location is rude and incompetent. I've had to do a few things above just spending/depositing my money. They make you feel like a nuisance. You are not doing me a favor. You are my bank. It's very unfortunate. I'll be looking for a new place to put my money and business.

Terrible rates on IRA and most accounts sttill when compared against other bank's offerings. Also seemingly short staffed. This mixed with the fees placed upon customers it absorbed from its acquisition of BBVA leaves the customer wanting more (perhaps even deserving more) from a financial institutionof this standing, that's for sure.

Nasty, rude, condescending and for no reason as the bank manager kept insisting my son needed to have BOTH a state ID and a drivers license to open an account, which we tried to explain to her, would be ILLEGAL to possess according to Florida state law. The bank manager Kristy and her extremely rude assistant, Cara REFUSED to give me a) a print out of the ID requirements and b) a phone number for the corporate offices. I have had issues with this bank for a couple years now, but this was the last straw! I will no longer subject myself to poor treatment, unprofessional business practices, and untrustworthy bankers. I am closing my accounts today!

Went to cash a higher amount check from one of their customers. They tried to scam me in paying $120 to cash it. BOA charges $8. Wells Fargo is $5. Go back north where you belong

We drove about 30 minutes to get to this branch. We needed a document notarized. My husband went in to get this done and came back out 10 minutes later (he waited in line). The teller took the document and went to the notary with it - they looked at the document and said they couldn't do it. The teller stated that my husband was required to have an appointment for this (per the notary). We were both very frustrated as we have been very loyal PNC customers for over 30 years. We sat in our car to find another bank and while we we sitting there, the notary was leaving the building for her lunch break. This would have taken all of 3-5 minutes to do. This is not a customer-focused business. This business allows the employee to put themselves first. Interesting enough, we called Bank of America and Chase bank - both said - "come on over, we'll take care of you".... and they did. And, we're not even their customer! Getting tired of PNC business model that they recently adopted - bought a car two weeks ago in Tampa and needed a certified / cashier check for the deposit. We had to wait there for over 45 minutes to get help. The other banks are looking pretty good right now.....

This bank lied to my face when I opened a new account. I opened a new checking account that had direct deposit and well over the standard minimum in the account, in the thousands of dollars. I wasn't getting paper statements so it took a while to discover that for months they were charging junk fees of $3-$5 a month for 'scanned check charge' even though there was never a check written off this account. These fees showed up months after opening the account with no notice. Needless to say I will be closing this account but this bank and this branch are engaging in shady practices and not disclosing all the information to account holders. Yay, you, PNC... you got that $3 nuisance fee and lost a customer for life.

I’ve been with Compass Bank since 1978. PNC bought out Compass. Well I needed some checks to pay a contractor. Went to bank and they printed me 3 checks to use. I used one check for my contractor. Now remember this bank printed me 3 checks for my account. Well my contractor cashed the check and 2 days later they took the money back because they said it looked suspicious! ?♀️?♀️?♀️ WTH. Now they won’t fix it and two managers have told us that they don’t have to fix it. I want to make a MAJOR complaint and they won’t let me. This is not over. PNC. I’m going all the way.

Incompetent bankers. I was forced to go into a branch to do a simple transfer of funds and the basket transfered my money somewhere wrong. Spent hours on the phone trying to fix this. Better luck to bank elsewhere.

This location needs more management staff. This is the 2nd time I've needed to do a wire transfer and have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to meet with a banker. Lobby area consists of 3 chairs in the doorway. They have plenty of tellers but no one comes into the bank to actually transact business and this is in a Friday. It irritates me that the bankers can see people waiting yet they are trying to sell additional products and chit chat. As I was typing this review one of the tellers came up and apologized said they were short staffed, which was nice. They also need a walk up ATM.

When we wanted to purchase a boat in Florida we needed to access funds from our non-PNC bank in PA. Donna (? last name) at the FL Rt 64 branch went above and beyond to help us out. She spent over an hour working with us and our PA bank to achieve our aim. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
