We just installed our first PlexiDor Dog Door. We are confident that our dog will get used to it fairly soon! It’s definitely going to take him some getting used to. We are looking forward to the dog door keeping in the cool in the summer and keeping out the cold in the winter! This heavy-duty dog door will last us for years to come! We were pleased to learn that we had supported a Christian company. We are blessed to be a blessing and know that this company must be, as well!

I have had my PlexiDor dog door for over 13 years now. My Great Danes use it all day long. This door has taken so much abuse from my 100+ lb Danes going full steam through the door, that I am amazed it has held up. Plexidoor has the best customer service and I highly recommend these Dog Doors. It's nice to know that they are made in the USA and the quality is unsurpassed.

I purchased the PlexiDor Electronic Dog Door in 2016. Huge fan! Two years ago, we had an issue with the circuit board, Bill was beyond patient and amazing with us! He sent out a replacement board and shipped it really fast. He guided me through the installation process (mind you I have never installed anything in my life!) recently we had issues with the key fob and Bill expedited us two new ones! I can't express enough how patient and helpful he's been over the years! Highly recommend company and they are truly blessed to have Bill with them!!

I very rarely leave reviews, good or bad. So the ones I do leave are either exceptionally good, or exceptionally bad. This falls under the latter. I recently bought the Plexidor wall series, in medium size. I was pretty disappointed. For $600+ I expected a little easier installation and a better fit. There were a few disappointments. 1) The top of the inside frame just barely covers the rough opening (and I mean just barely) 2) having to cut all the sheet-metal parts was time consuming and they didn't give the 'tunnel' a good seal 3) the bottom of the 'tunnel' is very slick. I had to put traction tape on it so my dogs wouldn't lose their footing, going in and out. All in all, I expected a better-fitting, easier installation and maybe something of a 'telescopic' tunnel piece. I'll stick with the competitor brand, going forward.

Plexidoor has great customer service and a great product. I replaced a plastic flap door that failed in less than a month. I have had my Plexidoor for 8 years and it still works perfectly. Great job Plexidoor!

Deidre is a great asset to this company. She has been so great helping us resolve minor issues. We appreciate being able to change out parts as they wear out. Our dogs are very hard on our door. With Deidre's support, the ability to change out parts is a value add!

My fur children love the PlexiDor French door insert as much as I do. I was skeptical because they seemed a little pricey, but once it arrived I knew why. The insert is very high quality. I love that if I were to sell the house that I could change it back to the original French door glass. It took the contractor about an hour for removal of the original glass and installation of the new panel. I purchased the slide track as well. The slide track allows me to be able to slide

Have a large German Shepherd who loves to "secure the perimeter" as his hobby, chasing deer and fox that detects in the home. He uses the dog door at his leisure about 20 times a day. It is a solid, attractive door with unbeatable customer service. So happy we did a quality door . It was an investment worth every penny.

Poor company to do business with, the owner Joe brags that he likes to fire vendors. Stuffs all his packaging with religious materials. I was a vendor with Joe for 5 years and out of the blue Joe cut our supply off. Very difficult guy to deal with. If you do business with this group be very cautious and be prepared for many lectures on how he is much smarter at business than you.

This company preaches Christian values, but don't stand behind their product warranties or product or partnerships. Don't trust them to do business they will not honor their warranties or take product back, I has the pure displeasure of dealing with them for 5 years. You can buy an equivalent dog dog door for half the price, this is my opinion.
