In one week of me having a unit at Midgard Storage , I had threats of calling the police, a snake was in my unit, Cockroaches, they wanted me to pay $50 for the lock, $46.86 for the unit and they didn't even offer a promotional cost , and on top of all that now I'm locked out of my storage unit.

Was sent to the wrong location of choice, unit was too high, codes don’t work for user nor management, was able to get a better unit in the desired location through hourly employees that were helpful.

Received a call today about a few trailers that I have stored at the facility and there was a concern that I’ve been dealing with for a couple weeks now Donna called me and took care of everything. Happy with how the phone call went and how they take care of customers.

Drove 4 hours just to find out gate code doesn’t work. Rented a unit online right there on the spot the computer glitched. Did it again it glitched again. Ended up going through now I bought 2 units. Sends gate code in email and guess what it doesn’t work. 2 different gate codes and not one works. It’s Sunday. No customer service AT ALL. BUNCH OF PEOPLE WALKING ATOUND DRUNK AND HANGING OUT IN THE BUSHES. I am OVERLY DISAPPOINTED. To add to the issues they act like they are having trouble figuring out how to cancel my units and refund the money. It’s been a few days and now Im getting messages saying I’ll b charged again on the 1st of the month. No customer service after business hours or Sunday. I honestly can’t think of a place worst than this

It’s sad that Pinnacle Self Storage sold to this awful company. The prices keep going up and there’s no live person to speak with.

Horrible experience, I need to talk to someone about my experience with the facility !!! I was told there was an elevator, I had to use these rickety stairs. I still have a couch that I need to store, what are we going to do about this situation?

Just rented a unit. Had a glitch with gate code but they fixed the problem right away. So far I recommend.

The old adage is true: you get what you pay for. This place is very cheap. This is probably because we found a dead rat in our newly rented unit and a homeless person living in a unit ( with a dog) 3 units down. We couldn't get a live person to remove the dead rat. There isn't a person working at the desk on-site, only a tele- person on a screen on the wall. . So there isn't anyone available if you have issues that require an employee that is present. . We tried to remove the rat ourselves, but it was literally stuck to the ground and was crunchy. Absolutely disgusting.?

Really frustrating, come to get a couple things out of my storage unit. Rented a U-Haul and drove over an hour to get here and the code they sent me to get into my storage doesn’t work and the only thing they said to me was they are closed and will have a manager here tomorrow! This is unacceptable. Since Midgard has purchased this location it’s been terrible.

We couldn't access our storage over weekend we called told we had not payed when we were in auto-pay and never got an email saying we didn't pay so we payed then told us we still couldn't get in till Monday that's just bad.

After waiting 30 minutes to get help with a code, we entered the unit only to discover that to access the second floor there is NO elevator as promised, but a ladder. They were, however, quick to refund our money.
