Excellent service. The people who do the water testing are nice and they always bring your chemicals to the car and you don't have to ask them to.

I’ve been a regular client for about 3 years. I started taking care of my pool myself when my pool cleaner retired. To say it was a learning
curve is no lie. The staff here specifically Jeremy & Parker have given me so many tips/tricks/lessons that I am now a pro pool cleaner. Every time I come in with a problem your staff knows the answer!!!! They don’t sell me unnecessary chemicals which I appreciate. Also want to give Liz a shout out too. Bravo!!! Do not let these employees go! You have TREASURE!!!! Thank you.

This Pinch A Penny was listed on the Hayward website as having certified repair techs. Since the guy that was servicing my pool for years retired I figured I’d give pinch a penny a call. I was having problems with the automated system that was still under warranty. The pinch a penny tech showed up on the date promised but that’s the only thing he did. After checking out the system for 10 minutes he asked me to go inside and reset the modem. I came back outside a few minutes later the tech was gone. He left as soon as I went inside. Thinking maybe he had to go get a part I gave him some time before calling. After about an hour I called him, he told me his boss told him to move on to his next job. My system still wasn’t working and I thought it was bizarre he just left without saying anything. I reached out to the boss via email and he called me back a little later that day. To my surprise the boss/owner did tell him to leave. I was told that the tech had a lot of jobs and couldn’t waste anymore time with me. He then told me that the tech knocked on the door to let me know he was leaving. My cameras show the tech packing up ,walking to his truck and pulling away. I was definitely annoyed about having my time wasted. I’ve never experienced anything like this. The following day I called the next company on the list, they came out and replaced a computer board that was under warranty. No charge. The kicker is that a week later I received an invoice from pinch a penny. Haha I assumed it was a mistake so emailed them and was told that I’m responsible for paying for the visit. Haha. Guy comes out and leaves without fixing it or even telling me he’s leaving and I have to pay $$. This is not only bad business but it’s unethical.
