I brought my two dogs tank and Rocco one a blue nose pitty and other a chocolate lab. They had a play date all day daycare and had a blast! Leslie took extra time with my dogs as my lab is only two and he's a bit shy. I got updates and pictures as to how they were doing which was super cute and appreciated. I am boarding them soon For a week and after reading some of these reviews I'm a bit apprehensive :/

Warning! Just retrieved Macy from a 5-day stay. Tabatha turned to her colleague saying, that's the one with "torn paw pad". The alarms immediately went up! What?! Had received a call earlier in the week indicating Macy had "hurt her leg". When reported to me, she was putting weight on her leg. Assumed a sprain as no additional observation details were provided. Never any reference to a torn pad appearance until I arrived. Tabatha was completely comfortable communicating her observation to her front desk clerk in front of me. Why couldn't Tabatha have communicated that same observation to me at the time of the injury? During the five days she was in the kennel, I called twice asking for updates. Wasn't looking for a clinical diagnosis, just the same level of observation she openly shared with her front desk clerk. Frustrating and disappointing! Tabatha showed no empathy and became indignant. If you leave your dog at this place, you do it at your own risk. Do not recommend. There are other safer alternatives in the area staffed by people who more closely align with dog-owners expectations and common sense. Won't be going back.

We put our dog into VIP boarding which includes all day play. They brought her in at lunch and left her there for the rest of the day. She stayed in her room from noon on rather than join camp. When I called, nobody picked up. I called 6 times, left a voicemail, started a live chat, and nobody called me back.I also packed her breakfast, lunch, and dinner in different bags. They carelessly gave her dinner for lunch, she never ate it, and nobody bothered to change her bowl or check on her.I finally called reservations who passed me to the front desk. She said while camp is 9-3, they usually bring the dogs in earlier than the advertised time to let their stomachs settle before dinner. This lie was to placate me. I could see on the camera that she was stuck in her room, not touching her food.We got her out of prison early. They did not take care of Cosmos, did not feed her according to what I asked, tried to lie to me, and did not let her join camp even though it was part of the VIP package.We have 4 more stays booked that we are going to cancel.

I wish I could give them less than one Stars I have an older Pomeranian that they treated so poorly they charged me over $100 to groom the dog they never called me back my dog was shaking to death and clearly visibly scared it was the worst grooming job I'd ever seen. When I went in to talk to the manager they really could care less and he offered me no resolution other than don't come back I would never ever ever come back here again and I've only left about three reviews in my entire life.

Very clean, friendly informed staff, and easy process. I was worried about leaving my bigger dog here but the staff all seemed well informed on him throughout, and made me feel at ease. Will be back!

Always accommodating and always friendly. Very flexible with scheduling and communication and the LWR Staff is always such a delight and personable to work with. They always take great care of my Furry Family, I always know and trust that my little buddy is in such great care!

First I would like to say before today's incident I would of given them a 2.5 star tops. I had been actively looking for a better daycare. After today that process is excellerated. Today the experience was unpleasant. I had a man asking me for vaccinations. My dogs vaccinations are up to date and I have given them 3 sets including the recent ones and never has my vet changed and my bordatella is good for one year suddenly today they question that and state that My dogs might expire in 6 months which would make it 3 days past due. They advise me that whoever put the records in never verified how long our vaccine was good for. Even though nothing has changes in 3 years suddenly I'm turned away however it wasn't just that. The manager was rude. She didn't have empathy for my situation they had placed me in now I'm late for work and have to find other plans for my dog. I am sorry but this judgment was not ok. I won't be returning and for the following reasons I would advise others not to return. I mentioned looking for other daycare. My dogs didn't like going there. I got an odd vibe. A couple times my older dog was no where to be found on camera. Clearly he was put away yet I was charged full days of daycare as when he was in daycare he is glued to My other dog. They do not provide much attention to dogs as they should..watch the cameras you will see. Also my dogs got groomed before Christmas only had half day day care then got groomed but I was charged full days..just multiple little things to watch out for. I went to rhe one in odessa a couple times and I had a much better experience. The staff was friendlier as well.

I was gonna take my pup there but they separate unaltered dogs and don’t allow them to play with other dogs. I have taken my girl to many other dogs daycare and never saw such policy. She would be so sad and frustrated seeing other dogs and not being able to play! The point of daycare is for them to socialize and play not to be isolated.

Incredible place to leave your dog for the day, overnight or even longer. Excellent facility with "extras" not seen at most kennels. Very big and caring staff. We highly recommend.
