Me and my fiancé went to fill her prescription because of her pregnancy..we were treated with total disrespect for no reason at all..I understand she didn’t have her insurance card with her but all you need is a SSN and you could look it up and everything will be fine. Instead I felt I was being treated in an racist manner because my wife is white and I’m black..I felt so unwanted I just left my wife inside..which made it worse because they told her she doesn’t have insurance..we are 1000% sure she has it and they didn’t even want to bother to look up her SSN. I’ve been a customer here for at least 7 months and never been treated this way ever..

I love the personal attention given by the employees who have been with Robert, the pharmacist, for as long as I can remember! Everyone is kind and happy to help meet your needs however they can!

Being a customer of Pelot’s Pharmacy is an absolute pleasure. The service they give makes me feel that I have gone back to a much better time when customer service was a priority, I would recommend Pelot’s to anyone looking for a Pharmacy that always makes you feel like #1.

In total agreement with the previous April review by Kathy E. All who work in this hometown pharmacy are terrific. I love chitchatting with Sandy and Debbie at the counter, very friendly and caring. And Robert, such a nice man. All of them care and take their time with you, in addition to filling the prescriptions accurately and quickly. And of course, the first time I walked into this pharmacy over 5 years ago, I knew it would be "my" pharmacy, what with all the Florida Gator memorabilia and just that close hometown feel. There are other pharmacies physically closer but none can compete with Pelot's.
