This is by far not only the BEST car rental business I’ve ever dealt with, but possibly the best business PERIOD! Customer service here is TOP NOTCH! Conrad and Brandon (and Paige at one point also!) have been life savers while I’ve had to have several rentals while dealing with the in between of selling and buying a daily driver, where things have not gone to plan. Those men have consistently gone above and beyond for me and do it with a smile and kindness! I will never use another rental company in this area. Thank you!

I've rented here three times because the prices are the lowest, and the staff is very friendly. Make sure to get insurance for your car. I had a tire pop on the highway beyond repair and had to pay for a new tire and the tow.

After selling my truck I was in need of a rental car till I found my new one.
It ended up being 3 weeks of rentals from Brandon at Payless.
He and the staff were extremely helpful.
Even after all my crying during the 3rd week of re-renting due to having to pay for rental insurance because my insurance was lowered to the minimum (not enough to cover rental cars)
He understood and took great care of me. The rental cars were top notch!
Very clean and practically Brand New!
Thanks so very much Brandon and Payless! Wish you had a rental site in Ruskin! We sure need one!!

Did not get a rental from them however based off my experience and the way I saw how they interacted with the other customers as far details, explain about the contract, and the questions that were answered for me. I feel this will be a great place to rent a car from.

We needed a rental car as SRQ was out of rental cars. The only one we could find in the area was at Payless and I'm glad we did. Conrad and Brandon and Paige took care of us and an accommation that we needed. Please use Payless if you need a car.

Make sure you vacuum the car and pretty much detail it before returning the vehicle. I had some sand on the floor and seats. The guy at the desk said $50 to clean it. I asked for discount he said it’s the discount because they charge $100 for clean ups. I also asked if they have suggestion email or something. He said we are independent. I can only imagine what they do to someone who scratches the car. I rent cars all the time and this is the first one. I had to pay because I had no time to go and vacuumed the car for less.
