We couldn’t have been happier with this location and the attention that we received from start to finish with Bob. He not a boy educated us, he was incredibly patient and followed up without missing a beat. Highly recommend a visit to this location. Selection was the best.

Do not waste your money. Go elsewhere. I really thought we were buying something better, but our cushions did not hold up as expected. I attempted get them replaced and I was told they are not covered. I was told it was not Patio Factory's warranty, but they sell the product. Maybe they need to sell a better product. I regret purchasing the set.

We had a great experience at both the Osprey FL and Bradenton FL store for a seating set. Our sales associate at the Osprey store was very helpful and patient as we looked through fabrics for the set. We went to the Bradenton store hoping to connect with her. In her absence, we were helped by another sales associate who also was patient with looking at fabrics. Our delivery team, Mike and Jose, were quick and efficient in bringing the set to our backyard lanai. This was our 2nd purchase from the Patio Factory Supercenter. It was a great team from start to finish.

We had an excellent experience with this store from start to finish. Bob is a fantastic salesman, very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Our patio set arrived promptly. The delivery men, Mike and Shawn did a great job. They placed our furniture on the lanai and took all the trash away. They moved the furniture where we wanted it without an issue. I would highly recommend this store.
