The veterinarian you had on call was amazing! She took a lot of time to explain what was wrong and what she saw. She was extremely gentle with Dean, more than I have EVER noticed with other veterinarians! She understood Dean’s allergies and possible kennel cough symptoms along with his anal glands that were severely impacted. Hats off to your on call veterinarian, she ROCKED!

When you have animals that live long, rather healthy lives, you don't see the vet very often. In fact, with our two cats, who were 16 and 19, when they passed, they had not been to a vet since they were kittens. Despite their unfamiliarity with us and our animals, the staff and doctors at Palma Sola Animal Clinic were top-notch. Their empathy, kindness, and love for what they do shine through. We are very grateful they made the whole process at our babies' ends as painless as possible. Thank you!

Unfortunately, my kitty was sicker than I realized, and I had to put her to sleep. These people were absolutely thorough in diagnosing her problem and so empathetic of the outcome. They were so warm and caring. I will never forget their very special care of my Ocho.

You all are very welcoming to Keith & I. We have been strictly using your practice since 2012. The doctors (& techs) have done so much for our dogs, Our Roxie (Chichi that passed away last year), Madison (our Maltese) and Coco Chanel (our current Chichi) all have received the highest level of care, by our standards. Everyone has gone above and beyond to help us get thru various situations with our dogs (medicine, special canned food, provided us with a few donated items of dog clothing and gave us previously donated dry kidney food). One year ago, Coco Chanel was so sick with hookworms and some other health issues, that she almost died. She received supportive care from your practice everyday for one week. Due to the professional and caring nature of everyone at that time, she made a full recovery! Please don’t change. We love you all!

Dr. Lauren Pierce took the greatest and sweetest care of our baby during his surgery today! She went above and beyond and had so much knowledge to all of our questions. We are so happy to have found her and this office.

The new veterinarian not so subtly disapproved of my Doberman Pincer’s cropped ears. Additionally, I was called hours before our appointment to have the stitches removed only to have them refuse to remove the stitches. They said I should go to the vet who cropped the ears for stitch removal even knowing that vet is in Atlanta, GA. This leads me to believe they are either refusing the stitch removal because it’s for cropped ears or they are not capable of this routine task. I have my opinion. I was denied medical care for my puppy and they will never have my business again.

Dr. Connor was very friendly and thorough with what to expect with Sadie's spay. She is recovering nicely. Everyone we dealt with at the clinic was very friendly and helpful. I have already referred my neighbor who also just moved here.
