My family and I stopped here on the way to Tampa, and had an issue with an employee regarding our service dog. Initially, I was very upset about the situation, but after talking to the management team, I was shown that they take their customer service very seriously. The manager was sympathetic, respectful, and genuinely apologetic. He did everything he could to make the situation right promptly.The management team is very on top of things, and I appreciate their candor. I will be stopping here for future trips solely for that reason.

This place was absolutely phenomenal! I’m literally sitting in my car after having one of the best meals in such a long time! I didn’t really know what to expect walking in, but Troy was awesome! As soon as he gave me a sample of that chicken tender? I was sold! ?????? I’m so tired of going to these fast food joints, and paying high dollar for garbage! I got chicken tenders, he threw out a few wings, and some of the most amazing giant potato wedges I’ve ever had! And for the amount of food I got at least two meals. I will be back not only for lunch, but I am excited for breakfast, and I will be leaving a review for that as well! I highly highly suggest trying this place out!

I just went to this place and wanted to use the restroom, but they said they were closed. I read a few reviews and one said they were closed for over a few hours for "cleaning" and they sat there and watched them do nothing. If you're going to be "closed for cleaning" then don't say you're open 24 hours. Like, why are you closed just cause you're "cleaning"? You're open 24 hours!
