Prices are artificially inflated for profiteering. Today the barrel of oil price is below $80 and the price of gasoline per gallon is over $3.50. When the barrel of oil price was below $80 in 2021, gasoline prices per gallon were below $2.30. Oil companies are profiting billions of dollars from the working people of the USA.
