Went to get a shingles vaccine a few months ago. The employee giving the vaccine had no clue what he was doing, shoved the needle far too far into my arm causing instant muscle spasms and a big lump that's still in my arm months later. Go elsewhere.

Denise was great, accommodating, and kind. Glad I didn’t get by the reviews. Everything was easy.

I’ll start by saying that the NP was very nice! For a basic cold, Covid test etc I would recommend. However I was having ear pressure and was misdiagnosed with Otisis externa. When it didn’t get better and I started having facial numbness I went to an er and was diagnosed with otitis media(which I was told I definitely didn’t have at the clinic) mastoiditis, a chronic sinus infection, Bell’s palsy from the untreated infection etc. I can’t recommend for anything to do with ears.

I stopped at 4302 Cortez Rd W, Bradenton fl 34210 to pick up my prescription. Two people (the car in front of me and me) where left in line when the CVS employee decided to close for lunch. Do you have any idea how irritating that would feel. "By the way", did you ever think about putting a sign up when your closed so that the people in line would know you are closing and could leave instead of waiting? Banks have those signs that say closed in red so that you can see them, you could too! Wouldn't that be convenient! And banks wait on the people in line before the close.

I’m surprised by the reviews for this clinic. Every time I’ve gone, I’ve had a pleasant experience. Denise is a delight and made me feel better even though I was sick. I received compassionate care which is difficult to find. The provider listened to my health concerns and didn’t make me feel rushed.

The nurse here needs the Lord. Avoid at all costs.

I went for a flu shot and the process was smooth as glass. I booked an appointment in advance and was called on right on schedule and was done in about 10 minutes. While you can walk in without an appointment, I would recommend scheduling one to reduce or eliminate any waiting. They will bill your insurance carrier and send them supporting paperwork on your behalf.

Arrived early to my appointment for a Covid test but there was sign placed at the entrance which read no Covid testing inside and to go through the drive-through. Did that and waited 10 minutes only to be told I’d need to come inside. Went inside, signed in, and was told because I was late that I’d need to wait for a cancellation. I told the nurse about the sign outside and that I was originally on time. The sign is portable and easily moveable but she said she can’t move it, that the pharmacy would need to move it. She then told me o have to wait because four other people with appointments had shown up and she could see me after that. In the meantime, she went to the pharmacy and a store manager ended up moving the sign. Needless to say, I didn’t leave the Minute Clinic until 6:30 for a 4:10 appointment. The store is the one to blame for the sign erroneously being left outside. I couldn’t have been the only patient who’d read the sign and proceeded to go through the drive through. These people are not trained in customer service. The nurse practitioner did not consider the fact I’d waited in the drive through line for upwards of 10 minutes and then another 15 minutes inside before she came out to tell me I’d have to wait for a cancellation. She gave no resolution considering I’d driven from another city and county for my appointment. I was very disappointed with service at this location.

I used to like coming to this store when it was open 24 hours a day. Now since COVID did away with going out shopping at all hours of the day and night, there's really no reason to ever come back here again. Any other CVS in Bradenton won't treat you like an outlaw at the turn of the 20th century. I honestly believe if they could get away with never having to look at or talk to their customers they absolutely would.

This CVS location is HORRIBLE. There is no customer service here. In person and or over the phone. If you can, find another place to get your prescriptions. Employees have no professionalism whatsoever. The lady on the phone took my info and started reading me someone else's personal info!! WRONG. She wasn't listening to me at all. Trying to figure out and discussing why my prescriptions weren't ready when they should have been (and receiving a call that they were ready) is bothersome to you-that is not my fault, but yours. And not to mention it's a medication that I cannot go without. Bottom line-the pharmacy needs a special evaluation on how there running things here!! I'm not the only one that has had a horrible experience.

If you could put a face with rudeness, it would be Samantha. All I asked for was help checking out and she acted like I was bothering her. Don't like your job, quit.

The worst pharmacy. They are always packed and ever really have enough people at the pharmacy. Never takes 5-10 minutes to pick up medication. Always much longer. I honestly prefer Walgreens over CVS. My insurance says I have to come to CVS. Recently I stayed in drive through in line for 45 minutes for me to finally get to the front of the line for them to tell me that the machine is broken and that I would have to go inside. Once inside I have to wait 15 minutes in line for them to tell me that the medication that I called for yesterday is not ready yet. After the lady says "I can expedite it will be another 15 to 20 minutes" I literally wanted to cry! I hate it here and I am looking to contact my insurance to go to a different company because this is bull.

Went in in person because they wouldn't answer their phone. The pharmacy is noticeably disorganized and cluttered. Attempted to transfer a prescription from out-of-state, they said it would take a day and that they would contact me when it was filled. Three days later, no call, no prescription. Tried calling again to find out the status, after 30 minutes on hold finally gave up and hung up. Called Walgreens instead. Avoid this CVS pharmacy.
