Was sold a new iPhone 15 plus and I asked for a payment plan and was informed that if I paid it off in 3 months it would be same as cash now the plan they put me on (smartpay lease) is asking way more than cash price to pay off and it has only been a few days. Also I was never shown a break down of the plan nor was I even given a copy of my agreement.

I really enjoyed my experience in this store. The gentleman who helped me were on point and helped me with my issue with my phone and hooked up my husband with a new phone and an awesome deal. These men are knowlegable and very kind.

Went in to get a researched phone, told it had sold out. Second time this has happened. Omar, the sales rep, asked me what was my top priority in a phone. He talked me into something different. So far phone has been great. Omar went above and beyond to insure my apps and tools were transferred to my new device. Customer service was great, selection sucked versus what is advertised on line.
