This has to be the worst cell phone store in Bradenton. I went to this store to buy a new iPhone with cash, these people gave me the wrong phone. I tried to return it the same day so I can buy the one that I wanted, but they would not give me a refund because they had no cash. I waited in the store for 4 hours with my 1 year old daughter and they were still unable to give me my refund. I wish I would have known this place was horrible I would have just switched to Verizon. They are closer to my house anyway! I would not recommend this place. If they are the only option, you should just switch providers.

I walked in with 30 minutes to accomplish a new phone and line for my daughter. Krystal gave me the most professional and thorough assistance! I had parameters and requirements.
I walked out in less than 30 minutes, everything I needed in hand with the best package deal one could get. I had a remarkable encounter with Krystal, not something you see a lot of these days. I would recommend her salesmanship to anyone - thank you Krystal!

Very long wait. I was tricked into unneeded purchase. When I tried to return product & cancel service, the female associate lied 2 me & would not take back phone. I WAS within the 2wk return time frame. Now I am not. Very disappointed. I'v used the service in the past & never had any problems. That's why I chose to go back there. Now, however, I would not refer. I got completely screwed!! What a waste.
