Frederick saved me from a week long nightmare I had with issues of online orders, wrong zipcodes, service mix-ups, IMEI/SIM mismatches, inaccessible OTP's & locked accounts. After DAYS on the phone with customer service; Frederick on 14th st was able to not only fix the entire situation, but even got me a discount and a better deal on my services! - Highly recommended! ?

$Made it impossible to pay my ? bill‼️. Unless I saved a CC or authorized auto pay I had to pay $ an EXTRA $ FEE ! Just to pay my bill.They young Latino girl was very UN- KNOELEDAGABLE ! Both about getting a new chip, ( which had been missing out of my brand new Metro phone that I had bought for $300.00 the previous month) & starting A NEW telephone number on my already existing account. ! !So once my new # ,and chip ( VERY EXPENSIVE) and the phone was Finally WORKING. LETS just say I went without a phone at all for January & February. ??It just wasn't worth it to me ?!

Hi yea don’t go to this store? I also thought I was getting a great deal and called customer service to be told I was lied to, the girl charged me for asesorías I didn’t even asked for was told it was free. And was told I was getting a rebate in 90 days also was a lie ?? lie after lie ?? always ask for your receipt so u can see what u actually paid for !!!!!

My phone one morning stop to work, just 7 months after buying it, am trying to call ghis store and they don't take the call and when they take it they just end the call before I talk, soooooo disrespectful and am swishing this company, paying to much for this bad treats . #metrosucks

DO NOT go to this location!!! Went in to switch my service back to Metro and thought I left getting a good deal. Well after thinking about it, went to look at the receipt and never got one! Went back next day and was told the receipt printer was “broken”. After emails back and forth with the regional manager; which I am extremely happy with his help, I went back to the store to meet with the district manager. All in all, I did get my money back for the Bluetooth speaker that was so called “free”, but yet was charged $100 for.If you do go here be very cautious! I paid $100 cash and 204 on my card. Somehow the receipt says I got $14.72 back in change Why would I want change if I wanted to pay $100 cash first???…obviously the worker pocketed the money! Just don’t want this to happen to anyone else!!!
