The store and staff presented well. I was in and out quick looking for a particular item they unfortunately did not carry. I asked a cashier a question, a manager was called to help. The manager advised me correctly. No time wasted, great knowledge of products. I believe the managers name was Kelly.

We come here every year on our holidays and we enjoy this store as much as we love the beach! The concept and the prices are a pleasure and it is fun to search for the items you want to find. Great offer of different wuality products, always helpful staff. Thank you very much for making shopping a fun experience!

Employees at this location are extremely rude. I went to the fitting room to try on clothes it was over 30 mins before closing and associate named Mabel completely ignored me standing there. She definitely saw when I walked up because we made eye contact. I had to ask her if the fitting rooms were closed and she said “Yes, I think so”. I had previously saw her let someone in right before me & there were people trying on at that time. After stating that to her she proceeded to let me in. Mind you there were no announcements saying the fitting rooms were closed. I’ve been there multiple times and they don’t close the fitting rooms early. All other TJ maxx and Marshall’s I’ve been to don’t close them early. I’ve been made aware from other employees that they aren’t supposed to close fr early. Also manager or key carrier closing that night was also rude. I over heard her rushing the last few customers and announcing out loud on her radio that “we’re only waiting on her” making sure the customer could hear her. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They need to go through some more customer service training or not bother working in retail if their miserable with their job/life. I will be contacting corporate.

A lot of choices. Can buy clothes, kitchen items, snacks and clothes all at the same time.

The store was clean and the selection was okay, but the customer service was horrid. The ladies working definitely seemed as if they had better things to do than to be there. To make matters worse, my 13 year old daughter took a dress that didn’t fit correctly to exchange it for the size I needed. The lady asked her what she was doing very aggressively. When my daughter told her the lady began to yell, and I do mean yell, at my daughter. I was still trying on clothes and had to quickly get dressed and run out to intervene. I was shocked by this ladies behavior. She also never apologized to either of us. I am not sure what her problem was, I know that we all have bad days, but this was pretty bad. When we gathered our items to go and check out so that we could leave. When we were walking out of the dressing room and the same lady asked if everything worked. I said yes as I was walking out. She then said loudly, “ well go shop some more.” This could have been a harmless comment, but after what had just occurred and the tone it which the comment was made, it was just strange and off putting.

The best Marshalls I've been to. Clean, organized, and great product. Might be a little bit pricier, but has much better merchandise than any other Marshalls I've been to.

About the only place to shop for clothing. Prior to the COVID it had everything you wanted. I think the women's clothing was short on 'NEW' cloths. The styles were outdated.
