If you need help finding an item, good luck. No one wants to help. Next time, I will go to Home Depot

Lowe’s has it all when it comes to major construction or to the diy person. The overall selection of just about everything is really good. Will I go back? Yes

Purchased a new zero turn mower from there. After using it for about six times the mower leaked oil. Lowes picked it up and claimed that TORO is not covering the repairs for a lose fuel filter. How pity. A new mower, bought eight weeks ago for $3500 and I was not at fault. Called customer service line countless times, no help. YOU ARE WARNED. Buy from a local lawn care store. Lowes does not care about its customers anymore. The Lowes on Fruitville even had the courtesy to tell me that the mower was not their problem, go to SR 70.

I tend to go here a couple times a week. The store is well stocked and clean. The store associates are very helpful. I don't like the lack of cashiers, but that is the trend everywhere now. I have always found Lowes to be more for homeowners and Home depot more for contractors. They have very similar tools and products, but sell from different manufacturers.
When I did home repair, I would spend up to $40,000 per year between the two stores.

I don't normally 'review' a home improvement store, but we had a great visit to this location. Looking for 'grab bars' for the safety of a loved one, we were in the plumbing section when KC approached us. He gave us some great and helpful information regarding the sizing, texture (peened or not), etc. We had excellent, unrelated conversation and as we moved to the kitchen faucet section, he appeared again and gave us more helpful information. He was a wealth of information and seemed genuinely happy to help us. Hint, hint to the Venice, FL location--happy and helpful is the way to go!!

See the video of used sink put back on shelf and sold to me. Just another problem in a series of Lowes issues at this location. I know we all have our Lowes stories, but this place takes the cake.
