I bought a Whirlpool dishwasher on a Memorial weekend sale. Marla was the salesperson and I must say that she was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had never had a dishwasher before and she explained all the features. She also let me know about the rebates available. She even called me to let me know that the dishwasher I bought had arrived at the store and when I should expect the installers to call. Which the installation guy, Eric Thiele, was also fantastic. He too was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very respectful of my home and cleaned up nicely afterwards. It was so nice to have a home repair that was totally pleasant. Thank you Marla and Eric!

Never a bad experience here. I mostly visit the garden center. I love that they have the cashiers out there, plenty of roly carts for my large items. Employees are nice and helpful ? Plants last as long as you take care of them, I often buy the nearly dead ones for cheap and revive them ?

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at Lowe’s, and I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid similar frustrations. My interaction with Lowe’s began when I ordered lumber online in the afternoon, with the promise of it being ready for pick up the next morning. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of incredibly frustrating encounters that left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.
Upon arriving at Lowe’s at 6:45 in the morning, I expected a seamless pick-up process given the prior arrangement. However, I was left waiting for 45 minutes without any assistance. Despite seeking help from multiple employees, including those at the pro desk, I was met with indifference and incompetence. The woman at the checkout, who I later learned was referred to as "the blonde," was particularly rude and unhelpful.
Witnessing her disrespectful behavior towards another customer only added to my dismay. Despite my attempts to expedite the process by requesting assistance from another employee, I was met with excuses and further delays. It was frustrating to see the lack of coordination and professionalism among the staff, especially when my time and money were on the line.
When I finally confronted the woman at the checkout for assistance, she not only refused to help promptly but also launched into a tirade, escalating the situation unnecessarily. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on Lowe’s as a company.
The tipping point came when I was unjustly asked to leave the store after expressing my frustration. Only after involving the manager did I receive the assistance I needed, which further highlighted the incompetence of the initial staff members. The fact that the manager confirmed the possibility of assisting me all along only added insult to injury.
In the end, I was left with no choice but to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. The entire experience was not only inconvenient but also deeply disheartening. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and service from Lowe’s. Instead, I was met with disrespect, incompetence, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
I urge Lowe’s to address the issues I encountered at this location promptly. Customers should not have to endure such poor service, especially when patronizing a well-established retailer like Lowe’s. Improvements must be made to ensure that others do not have to experience the same frustrations and disappointments that I did.
In conclusion, my experience at Lowe’s was nothing short of a nightmare. From the lack of assistance to the disrespectful behavior of staff members, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority at this location. I hope that by sharing my story, others can avoid similar experiences and that Lowe’s will take the necessary steps to improve their service standards.
