i have filed with liberty for almost 10 years, with the same girl at the same office. the girl i usually sit with, no longer works there. i sat with someone else and had an easy process of doing my taxes. i got a call the next day from the same girl asking for a hard copy of my sons social. i told her i could not get that and asked if i could just file on my own using turbo tax. she said that it was fine and that we could leave it at that since the hard copy of my social was not a requirement of the irs i felt like i could just do it on my own. i filed my own taxes same day and got back more from turbo tax calculations and was not charged the 450 dollar fee. today, a whole 9 days later, i got a text saying liberty deposited 50 dollars onto my account. i called and asked why and tried to explain the situation i was greeted with an unprofessional, hostile woman who wouldn’t stop yelling at me to listen to why i was concerned that they were still trying to submit my file to the irs, she blamed it on her coworker and hung up on me. i never ever had an issue with any of the other employees from almost TEN YEARS of filing with this company. i never write reviews but i will tell you if you never step foot into this office.

Ciara and all these people will screw you over they took all my money when they did my taxes pulled out of a loan and they only gave me 300 out of what I was supposed to get don't ever come here these are lying and stealing your money don't trust them and they are doing fraud giving people more money then they supposed to I am reporting all of them to the IRS and to the higher up

The ladies working at this location have been the nicest out of the three locations I have used around here. I will be going back to this office instead from now on for filling my taxes.
