I highly recommend Lens Crafters! Pam took the time to make sure I got what I needed in my two pairs of glasses and was really knowledgeable about the different glasses and my uses for both. All the staff is very friendly and I didn't feel like I was getting a "bum's rush".Their Memorial Day special is really SPECIAL not just a gimic.

Are you looking for a nice pair of frames that fit? This is the place. They have a wide array of frames in all sizes and styles. I was able to find 2 pairs in no time. The exam was fast and easy. Dr. Prince is easy to understand and very thorough. The staff is remarkable. Professional, friendly, and also very thorough. I will always return to LensCrafters for all my eye glasses and exams.

Dr. Prince is horrible at this location, I paid $100.00 more at this location and I STILL do not have my right prescription!!!! These people took my money and threw my contacts at me and said here and walked out of the room. I sat there for about 6 minutes and thought, is she coming back in???? I walked out and she was sitting behind the desk literally doing nothing. I never had contacts before, anyway, I had to cancel my follow up and this lady told me, Don't Just Show Up Here!!! I've called and called and called NO ANSWER AND NO CALL BACKS ETHEIR!!! My script is no good I can't see at night!!!! So the $240.00 I should have just torn it up!!! This is 3 months now.

Just don't even bother. All you need is to get a prescription and then go online to order your glasses straight from the manufacturer and pay much less than the inflated prices at a Lenscrafters folks. This is the way things are now in the world of internet. Not to mention the lack of people skills these days, so hard to get good customer service anywhere. Also, don't expect the person who fits your glasses for you to know what they are doing. I had to stop the lady from damaging my 300 dollar frames because she was incompetent. I got my money back and then found I could buy the same glasses online with my perscription for 100's less. Yes 100's. Try it yourself and see.
