What an awful experience. I would have never imagined I would have this awful experience since my oldest son attended this daycare in the past. I had to remove my 3 year old son due to him getting bitten by another child. He was bitten so hard he was left with bruises each time. It happened twice in the span of two weeks. I requested a meeting with the teacher and supervisor and nothing was provided. No communication, no action , no nothing. A month later, my son gets bitten AGAIN by the same child. It wasn’t until the third time- that they “decided” to take action, they mentioned they suspended the child. Unfortunately, my child was already in distress, he did not want to go to daycare anymore because of the other child. I took action and decided to remove him from this daycare, as no child should have to endure this kind of stress. The daycare is supposedly under new management, I do hope they change so other children don’t have to go through what mine did. As a mother the lack of empathy towards my child was unappreciated. It’s hard to believe any teacher would allow this to happen, I understand bitting can be common, but after so many times the behavior should be looked into.

Love this day care & the staff , I have been taking my 2 girls there , for the past 2 years , & I definitely have peace of mind knowing they are being cared for appropriately.

I’m a teacher at LWL, & I love being here. the staff is great and we are like a family. the kids are amazing. And I’ve enjoyed being around all these wonderful people and kids.Our new regional director Melissa is the best and I appreciate everything she does and I am so happy she has joined our family here! She’s very supportive and appreciative of her staff members.

I have been with Learning with Love for what will be three years starting end of January and there has not been a better group of teachers in any other center I have worked with. Children always leave happy with some even begging to stay longer! A great center full of love and learning just like the name suggests.

I have 2 children who have been coming to this school for several months. The teachers are warm and loving. Both children love coming to school and have had an amazing experience. Highly recommend this school. The staff are great!

I am a teacher here at LWL and my son attends here during the summer program and we love it, our teachers are always welcoming and supportive and we truly love our students…and our directors are always helpful and attentive.. it is a loving family environment that appreciates each and every child and family.

Ever since new management took over at Learning With Love there has been many changes, most not positive. On March 1st I saw the worst example of this in my opinion. I witnessed one of the teachers yelling at a little girl. When I told the teacher that it was inappropriate for her to talk to the child that way, she explained "that's how I talk to them" which I replied does the owners know how you are treating this kids and the answer I got "the owner knows how I talk to the kids". Really! this is unacceptable to me, for the children to be treated that way! which is the reason why moving my son to a new daycare was the best decision for my son. It was sad and disappointing to leave, as my older kids now in elementary attended that day care with the previous owner and staff.I also realized, as I talk to other parents who asked me what had happened they also mentioned they also had confrontational arguments with that same teacher, so not only do the new owners know but they choose to look the other way.I've never written a bad review, but I feel parents need to know what's going on after you drop of your kids.3/8/23

WOW I WOULD NEVER SEND CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE JUST BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ...I CALLED LOOKING INTO DAYCARES AND THE LADY WAS SOOO RUDE BIG TURN OFF DO BETTER WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE TRYING TO WATCH CHILDREN I WOULD NEVER SEND MINE IVE ALSO HEARD BAD THINGS FROM OTHER PEOPLE AS WELL ABOUT THIS PLACE !!!!
