We were greeted quickly and politely by Wayne as soon as we walked through the door. He was knowledgeable and professional. He listened to our needs and presented several options. We are very happy with our recliner and will buy here again in the future.

AVOID at ALL COSTSWhere is the option for Zero Stars? I was happy with what I thought was the purchase of a VERY expensive and quality set of furniture. Zero customer service. Zero updates on seriously delayed order. When I called to find out an update I was told “we’re short staffed right now, we are short 3 people” to which I asked “are sales people processing 100’s of orders every month making them unable to keep status of their own orders? Listen, I’m in sales, that kind of nonsense doesn’t fly. Why would you take my order, throw it against a wall and hope it happens? Zero follow up? Nothing? So you’re paid commission to enter my order and that’s it?There is no guarantee of when my furniture “may arrive” and when asked when I would get another update since I wasn’t told it would be months late, the sales person told me to set a reminder for myself when it would possibly be ready at the end ofMay and to call back. ?????Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a retailer. Shocking actually. She was nice but this seems like a company issue. And now I’m reading they are an independent retailer and not associated with the actual La-Z-Boy????Avoid at all costs!

Their prices are high . Good place to find what you want, but they can not compete with looking online and finding the same item locally as well for $100s less .

Do not purchase from this store as they are misleading the customer as they are not a direct retailer for Lazy Boy. They are a direct independent retailer.Attempts to rectify defective furniture purchased from this store, and required escalation to Lazy Boy Corp was met with a response from Lazy Boy Corp that "this location is independently owned and therefore Lazy Boy Corp will not support product integrity.Please don't make the mistake that we did thinking that we were purchasing a Lazy Boy product directly from the company.
