Over a 5-year period, Jess Jewelers has designed and fabricated 3 custom and unique jewelry pieces for me. Darren and I discussed my ideas; we browsed pieces in the showcase for inspiration; he provided his professional suggestions; then designed and crafted works of art that truly were above and beyond my vision. In addition to custom pieces, Jess also has stunning and high quality designs in their showroom for immediate purchase. I have enjoyed those items as well. Darren and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, helpful, creative and trustworthy. I would not purchase elsewhere. Thank you, Jess Jewelers for your beautiful custom creations.

I will always go only to Jess Jeweler's. Darren is the best. He helped me choose a gorgeous ring for my 40th anniversary. My husband had purchased a pair of earrings that I already had. He is very patient and courteous. I won't go to another jewelry store.

The staff there is very nice but I was absolutely shocked and quite frankly appalled at what they charged to put a tiny silver lobster claw clasp on my necklace. $48 +tax.... $51.36!!! Seriously??? I looked later and I could buy 3 of these claps in .925 sterling silver for $5! It took their jeweler all of two minutes to put the clasp on. People wonder why local businesses are going under and it's because they are charging outrageous fees to their local customers. People have learned to find things at better prices elsewhere. By the way.... I've also since heard that they took advantage of my sister-in-law when she sold them some estate jewelry from her mother. NEVER again will I ever go into this store! Stay away unless you don't care about being taken for a ride!

Wow!!!!! If you need a quality jewelry store, this place is worth the drive. I drove from Apollo Beach and was not disappointed. Tony and the staff were great. They promptly served me and had me on my way very happy with their quality products and service. Go try these good people out!!!!

Great experience shopping for an engagement ring. Darren was very helpful. Gave him my price range and we went over a bunch of options and designs and he was able to help me design a ring that blew away my expectations, and my fiancé couldn’t have been happier. Definitely go to them if you’re looking for an engagement ring.

As always, the experience with Jess has been GREAT! Jason is always fun to work with and he’s very good at what he does. I’ve always felt appreciated (rather than pressured), and being a commission sales person myself, I like how Jess has chosen to treat their customers. I never feel bad about being truthful if I can’t buy something on that particular visit. Thanks, Jess!

Jess Jewelers repaired and put new gems in a 120 year old family heirloom wedding ring. They took great care of the ring and are so pleasant and helpful every time we go in to get the ring checked and cleaned. I experienced a "no pressure" and highly knowledgeable staff. Thanks Jess!

Jess jewelers is really an amazing place. The selection of jewelry they have in stock is amazing. Beautiful pieces all around. I went in to get an engagement ring for my future wife and a friend recommended me to Jason. Jason who has 30 years of experience, made the process super easy. He’s very knowledgeable.
