What a great company, we dealt with Francis Hebron and team they were very supportive as I was a Nervous reck. I had a truly awful experience with Jennifer Kenna as my realtor. She was unhelpful and dishonest. As my agent, she had me enter into a contract that was entirely against my interests. She failed to check the correct box on the contract, allowing the buyer to hold me in breach, demanding a $15k reduction in price. I had to hire an attorney to learn that her negligence put me in breach of contract, forcing me to accept a $15k reduction in price plus a 30 day extension in closing. At the 2nd closing, the buyer was able to claim that I was in breach again because Jennifer Kenna failed to present the survey that I had given to her, which was to be given within 5 days of signing. This allowed the buyer to demand another 30 day extension. I had to hire another realtor, at my own cost, to navigate me through this nightmare. Jennifer refused to release me from my listing agreement even though she was doing no work. Thank God for the second realtor who was able to negotiate an exit from this horrible contract that Jennifer Kenna put me in. If I could give zero stars, I would. She is the worst.
