We have used Jake’s multiple times over the last three years. Every experience has been great and we have appreciated the way they have offered solutions for the issues our vehicle was having. BUT…this last experience was truly exceptional. They diagnosed the issue with our muffler and exhaust system and then recommended we take it elsewhere to have it fixed because another auto repair business specializing in our issue could fix it faster and much cheaper. We followed their advice and paid a fraction of what it would have cost to replace. Jake’s could easily have fixed our vehicle and made a nice profit. Instead they chose to look at the issue from our perspective and offer a customer centered solution. Truly unique and world class customer service and greatly appreciated.

Great first experience at Jake’s! Thank you very much to Steve, the technician who took care of my car, and the rest of the staff who were polite, competent, and above all very efficient. My Subaru’s issues were diagnosed the same day as drop-off, and it was ready for pickup the very next day.
I’ll definitely be returning to Jake’s should my car need any more service in the near future!
