Tried to rent a storage unit here with a move-in date at the end of October. The reservation stated this move-in date but charged me for the current month which I will not be moving in until next month. I called and was told that this storage facility only does first come first serve storage and I would be guaranteed the price but not a storage unit on my needed move-in date. I reserved my storage unit with Public Storage down the road instead.

No one is in the office and when you call they tell you they are open mon wed Friday. The sign on the door says open every day. Then I went to the office and no one there when they said then I call and tell me if you pay today some will be there tomorrow which come to find out was BS.
After renting the unit the parking lot is riddled with nails and screws. The unit I rented was still full of stuff from the previous renters. So this place really sucks. I’m looking for another place next month.

I drove around all morning to find a single unit to rent. That's it, nothing complicated just one little 10×20 storage unit. Every place I visited was either closed during open hours or would say one thing online but be another in store. I pulled into iStorage and instantly got good vibes. I liked the space between the units, and having a large van pulling a trailer, I needed it. I walked in and Vanessa greeted me with a smile. She went through our different options and I was surprised to find out I had so many. Long story long, I went with a basic 10x20 unit for a really good monthly price that is exactly what I needed. And it didn't hurt that Vanessa had me laughing through the whole process ? thank you so much!
