We have not used H\\u0026R Block in a long time. We have been filing on line with another tax company. So glad we decided to come in to H\\u0026R Block. Barbaranne was so helpful and explained so much to us. We will be using H\\u0026R Block moving forward to file our taxes.

Received a voicemail from Barbara the office manager or team lead being very snarky and rude. I called to speak with her and she completely cut me off and continued to be rude snarky and condescending. I will never step foot in this location ever again.

I’m giving it 3 stars cause Susan who does my taxes is great! I see her every year but the lady working the front desk is rude. She yelled at us to just take a seat as soon as we walked in but everyone else got to go up to the desk and talk to her. They also never answer the phone if you call with a question.

Bill ALWAY'S does a Great job, he know's his stuff, he also explains anyting you have a question about, he does not rush you and is really helpful when it comes to knowing and getting the correct documents needed.

I went to approve my tax return online after having one of the local branches prepare it and it took over an hour just to approve it. I'm going back to my CPA. If you're not a W-2 individual that gets a refund please spend a few extra dollars and get or stay with a CPA. It's not worth it!!!

William is always easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in his job. Has filled my tax the last couple of years, except last year. Always a warm welcome when I walk in and normally out within 30 minutes of getting there. Getting my taxes done has never been easier.
