MESSED UP MY TAX RETURN !

WOW!!! THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE.. THEY HAVE THE CREPIEST OLD PEOPLE WORKING THEIR ( LOOK LIKE 80-90).. I FIRST WENT, OLD LADY TRIED TO CONVINCE ME TO DO MY OWN TAXES... I REQUESTED FOR ANOTHER TAX PERSON.. THEY CONTACTED ME WITH ANOTHER TAX PERSON. THIS WAS AN OLD MAN A LITTLE YOUNGER. I VISIT HIM FOR A TAX AMENDMENT. HE TELL ME HE COMPLETED, BUT WON'T BE ABLE TO ENTER IN SYSTEM, UNTIL END OF APRIL DUE TO APR 15TH.. I CONTACT AT END OF MONTH, HE IS ON VACATION. I CONTACT 2 WEEKS LATER, HE NEVER RESPONDS. HIS MANAGER HAD TO CONTACT HIM. HE CALLS ME SAYING, HE DIDN'T KNOW WAS CONTACTING HIM. THEN ASKING ME, WHAT I WANTED OR NEEDED DONE. I SAID, WE WENT OVER THIS OVER A MONTH AGO, AND YOU SAID IT WAS COMPLETED, BUT HAVE TO ENTER IN SYSTEM. HE SAID, DON'T REMEMBER OR KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT.

2/15/24 I called to schedule an appointment no one bothered to answer. I figured well I used an account the last 2 yrs he retired. I had used this H and R Block multiple times in the past. Typically it has been a great experience. Today after coming into office due to no one answering the phone, I scheduled a 5 pm. I arrived early. Checked in that was great. Then I was given to preparer Ariel Freeman. As providing documentation and explaining my circumstances. She starts racing her voice at me telling me my tax circumstances as if a 1minute skim makes her more of an expert on my tax situation and custody arrangements than I am. As I try to explain how the circumstances change the stance of the law. She yells telling me to go use my CPA. And find another tax place. In 44 yrs of living and 27 yrs in customer service I have never received or witnessed such behavior and unreasonable attitude. The manager Sue seemed okay she was busy with someone else and had me wait. Meanwhile I am just too mad to spend one cent at this location. As Ariel suggested I will take my hard earned money to another location. Worst customer service ever. Terrible employee attitude. Yelling at a paying customer. Guarantee she is losing this persons business money.I have down taxes through H&R Block. And accounts she is the first person to contradict me and yell because she wasn’t listening. I hope the owner calls me. Stay away from Ariel.
