Terrible service. My filing was rejected and I was never made aware by my Tax Pro, Ariel Freeman. Months after filing, I saw the rejection in my HRBlock account and I have been trying to contact Ariel Freeman ever since (email, messages, phone calls) and I never hear back. Nobody ever contacted me to inform me of the rejection and they certainly did not look into/fix the issue. I am still trying to reach them to this day!

I went to this location and begin to get frustrated do the fact the the women that was helping me kept getting call away after several hours a LADY name Kathi Tucker saw my look of frustration and step in to save my day a h r block from getting a horrible review thank you again Kathi your the best and hr block is lucky to have you on there team

Horrible experience. Signed up for virtual tax preparation with Tax pro. Could not be given "final price until after meeting." I schedule a meeting virtually and I get a call stating they need to reschedule even though I had just talked to the tax professional who had prelim questions. The person on the line said "wait never mind you are scheduled for 4pm at the office." I was actually scheduled for 4:30 virtually with multiple confirmation emails. When I stated it was supposed to be virtual she told me "we don't have that technology." I am not sure how a major company does not have a video conferencing application. End of the day I cancelled due to concerns this office could not properly schedule an appointment and I did not trust them to prepare my taxes.

Called to find out what the fee is for filing simple taxes. Sarah, The girl I spoke with said she doesn't know that answer. (But she works there?) and everyone else is busy to answer that question. Tone of voice sounded like she didn't care at all nor did she say sorry or show any sympathy.

I am only giving 1 star because negative stars aren't possible. The customer service at HR Block has been abysmal. I have been bounced around from tax "pro" to tax "pro" They clearly dont know how or what they are doing. Im told my taxes are submitted on the online portal and the online portal says its still pending. I have worked with 3 tax "pros" that are seasonal and no longer with company. I recently called HR Block twice to speak to customer service to look into my online issues and they hung up on me or we were disconnected. Normally you would call a customer back but of course why would HR Block do that. I'd had to start that conversation over again and get transfered to several different offices. HR Block. Get you taxes Done. More like not respond to a customer for 3 months. I'd love to get my taxes done. Next year I will be using somebody else because you are beyond useless. I am all out of carrots. I am all out of sticks.
