Murek was really nice and helpful the problem is when we were almost ready to file she said I was owed $304 for my refund. Later I did my taxes return on TurboTax and got several thousand, they don't know what they're doing do not come here, I can do your taxes better then they can.

First time going to H&R block. I usually use TurboTax, but I had issues with Uber and sending me a 1099 and didn't want to mess up my taxes. And was going to get the advance which I received last year, but they denied me and the lady told me it is probably because I'm a new customer that's probably the reason they denied my advance. Which I'm sorry is ridiculous. Just because I'm a new customer to h&r block should not mean anything because I have filed my taxes every year with no problems and I'm over 30 years old. So the fact that they denied me cuz I'm a new customer is just not right. I will never go back to h&r block ever again

I have used Hr Block for several years. previous accountant did a great job and I have never had an issue.I moved to Florida and switched from a California accountant to this local office.I paid MORE than I ever did in California - $300! I filed in February. My return was rejected because the accountant failed to provide one of the required forms that I had downloaded to them.Now I am in default with the IRS on a loan that would have been paid off from the refund and as of April 11 my return has not been accepted by the IRS. Their status is "being processed."I reached out to the accountant and he told me to print out and mail my return to them.Do yourself a favor - hire someone else.
